WHEN TO USE KP SPORT® GAME, PRACTICE & TRAINING
KP Sport® is formulated to fuel your in-game performance AND to help you get the most out of your practice & training.
Take KP Sport® during your game, practice or training. We get our athletes to start drinking KP Sport as soon as they are lacing up their shoes or getting ready to play, practice or train.
If you are a recreational athlete, use KP Sport® just as you do with any other performance drink.
For our elite athletes, one serving as they are getting ready and then one serving for every hour of performance.
For High-Performance Usage:
Add 1 level scoop into 8–10 oz, to desired taste, of cold water. Shake or stir well until powder is dissolved.
Drink before & after exercise.
Consume 1 serving prior to game and 1 serving for every hour of activity.
For General Sport Usage:
